Pastor Strachan is a native of Freeport, Bahamas and has been active in ministry for over 30 years. He has served as the Senior Pastor since 2005.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska, a Masters of Divinity & Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and a Doctorate of Ministry-Leadership degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Church Leadership Team is made up of 7 Purpose Teams defined as: Evangelism, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, Worship, Site, and Administrative.
In the fulfillment of the Great Commission in Matthew28:18-20 and in obedience to the Great Commandment in Matthew 22:37-39 the Church Leadership Team coordinates the ministries and work of the church as divinely inspired by God.
